| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of sleep nursing intervention for rehabilitation and sleep inversion of patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 74 patients with stroke in People′s Hospital of Jilin Province from February 2018 to January 2020 were averagely divided into experimental group and control group with 37 cases in each group according to the principle of digital lottery.The experimental group were with sleep nursing intervention,and the control group were with routine nursing.Then the sleep status[Epworth sleepiness score(ESS)]and function status[Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA scale)]of two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Results:The ESS score and FMA score of experimental group after intervention were significantly better than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sleep nursing intervention method can significantly improve the sleep condition and motor function of patients with stroke,so it is worthy of clinical application. |
