网络化认知行为治疗对非器质性失眠的短期疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探索网络化认知行为治疗对非器质性失眠的短期疗效及患者依从性。方法:经过微信平台招募失眠患者,经过CBT-I专业培训的治疗师电话访谈,排除严重躯体疾病、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征及严重抑郁患者,最后纳入65例患者,予以网络化认知行为治疗,观察其治疗前后失眠指数量表(Insomnia Severity Index,ISI)及睡眠日记参数变化。结果:共有32例患者完成4周治疗。经治疗后,患者的入睡潜伏期(Sleep Latency,SL)、在床时间(Time In Bed,TIB)缩短,睡眠总时间(Total Sleep Time,TST)延长,睡眠效率(Sleep Efficiency,SE)提高,觉醒次数减少,ISI总分低于治疗前评分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:网络化认知行为治疗能改善非器质性失眠患者的睡眠质量,是一种有效的治疗手段,但患者依从性不高,仍需进一步研究。

The Short-term Effect of Networked Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Non-organic Insomnia

Abstract:Objective:To explore the short-term efficacy and patient compliance of networked cognitive behavioral therapy(CBT)for non-organic insomnia.Methods:Patients with insomnia were enrolled from Wechat.After telephone interviews by CBT-I trained therapists,serious body diseases,sleep apnea syndrome and severe depression patients were excluded.Insomnia Severity Index(ISI)and sleep diaries parameters of the 65 enrolled cases were observed before and after networked CBT treatment.Results:A total of 32 patients completed 4-week treatment.After treatment,Sleep Latency(SL),Time In Bed(TIB),Total Sleep Time(TST),Sleep Efficiency(SE)were increased,wakefulness times were reduced,ISI score was lower than that before treatment significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Networked CBT can improve the sleep quality of patients with non-organic insomnia.However,its low compliance needs further research.
