阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征脑蛋白损害的磁共振影像研究

摘    要:目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征脑蛋白损害的磁共振影像表现。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年2月大连医科大学收治的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者71例作为观察组,选取同期行颅脑MRI检查的71例健康患者作为对照组,通过观察患者MRI结果,评价阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对患者脑蛋白损害及对患者认知功能影响。结果:观察组患者海马体积萎缩程度评分及脑白质病变灶严重程度评分(PVH)均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者认知功能评分低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:OSAHS患者出现海马体萎缩和脑蛋白病变,患者出现认知功能下降,通过颅脑MRI可为OSAHS患者出现认知功能障碍诊断提供依据,为早期治疗干预提供影像依据。

Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study of Brain Protein Damage in Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)findings of brain protein damage in obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSA).Methods:Select in March 2018 to February 2020,dalian medical university were 71 cases of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome as observation group,select the same cerebral MRI of 71 healthy patients as control group,by observing the patients MRI results,evaluation of patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome on brain protein damage and impact on cognitive function in patients with.Results:Hippocampal volume atrophy score and leukoencephalopathy lesion severity score(PVH)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The cognitive function scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In OSAHS patients,hippocampus atrophy and brain protein lesions occur,and cognitive function declines.Brain MRI can provide evidence for the diagnosis of cognitive dysfunction in OSAHS patients,and provide imaging evidence for early treatment and intervention.
