中西医结合治疗高尿酸血症77例疗效观察

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗高尿酸血症的临床疗效。方法:采用随机的方法将146例本病患者分为治疗组77例,采用中西医结合治疗,对照1组28例,单用中药治疗,对照2组41例,单用西药治疗;3组均以15天为1疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:治疗组在降低血清尿酸浓度方面分别与对照1组、对照2组比较,均P<0.01。结论:中西医结合治疗高尿酸血症确有明显疗效。

Effective Observation on 77 Cases of Hyperuricemia Treated with the Therapy of Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

Objective: To observe the clinical effect on hyperuricemia treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine.Method: 146 cases were randomly divided into 77 cases in the treatment group treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine,28 cases in the number one control group treated by traditional Chinese drug and 41 cases in the number two control group treated by western medicine.As 15 days for a course,the three groups were treated with 2 courses.Results: The effect of decreasing serum uric acid in the treatment group had significant difference as compared with that in the control groups(P<0.01).The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine had marked effect for treating hyperuricemia.
