高等师范毕业生的状态——特质焦虑测试报告

目的　探查高师毕业生在离校前的心理健康状态。方法　用《状态—特质焦虑问卷 ( STAI)》对青岛高等师范院校九九届 682名毕业生进行了问卷调查分析。结果　 1毕业生状态焦虑 ( S-AI)均分为 4 0 .59± 9.0 6;特质焦虑 ( T-AI)均分为 4 1 .1 6± 8.4 5。以 x±s=50分划界 ,有 1 51人呈不同程度的焦虑心态 ,焦虑症状出现率为 2 2 .1 4 %。2与其他人群和在校大学生相比较 ,各组毕业生状态焦虑分均较高 ,尤以女生高于一般人群女性、理科毕业生高于在校理科大学生 ,差异有非常显著意义 ( P<0 .0 1 )。 3在状态—特质焦虑各评分中 ,无男女性别差异、本科专科生差异 ,但均有理科生高于文科生的差异( P<0 .0 1 )。结论　高师毕业生因其焦虑心态应受到心理健康教育 ,且健康教育的重点人群是女生和理科毕业生。

Report of the Test of State-Trait Anxiety Inventory of Teacher College Graduates

Objective In order to probe the mental health state of graduatesat the teacher college before they leave the campus.Method We have carried out an investigation and analysis on 682 graduates of teacher college of Qingdao University by means of state-trait anxiety inventory.Results ①Total mean of state anxiety inventory(S-AI)score is 40.59(SD9.06)and trait anxiety inventory(T-AI)score is 41.16(SD8.45).Marked with 50,there is 151 graduates who appear anxiety state in various extent;the occurent rate of anxiety symptom is 22.14%.②Compared with other group of people and the undergraduates,the score of S-AI of each group of graduates is rather high,especially the female and the science graduates(P<0.01).③The score of science graduates is higher than that of the arts graduates(P<0.01).Conclusion Mental health education courses should be established for graduates in the teacher college,and the focus of health education should be put on the female and science graduates.
