| 摘 要： | 目的探讨下咽癌术后禁食期应用2％碳酸氢钠行口腔护理的效果。方法术后1～10d，用2％碳酸氢钠棉球擦洗口腔及漱口每日5次，间隔时间4h，分别对口腔pH值及口腔并发症、牙菌斑指数进行观察。结果口腔pH值在第3天恢复正常范围，患者未出现口腔异味及真菌感染，牙菌斑指数在口腔护理即刻为（0．126±0．23）分、口腔护理后4h为（0．68±0．377）分。结论下咽癌术后禁食期应用2％碳酸氢钠行口腔护理，间隔时间4h，能保持口腔pH值在正常范围，减少了并发症的发生。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of oral care by 2% NaHCO3 for the patient during fast after hypopharyngeal carcinoma surgery. Method Cleaning oral cavity by 2% NaHCO3 cotton hall and gargle mouth every 4 hours and 5 times per day 1-10 d after surgery. Observe the oral pH, oral complication and plague index. Result Oral pH reaches the normal range in the third day. There is no halitosis and fungal infection. Plague index is （0. 26±0. 23） during the patient receiving oral care and （0. 68±0. 37） 4 h after oral care. Conclusion Applying oral care by 2% NaHCO3 every 4 hours during the patient in fast after hypopharyngeal carcinoma surgery can keep oral pH in normal range and reduce complications. |
