髁状突骨折治疗的回顾性分析

目的：对比观察各种髁状突骨折治疗方法的选择疗效。方法：回顾分析１９８３￣１９９６年间收治的１９５例（２４３侧）髁状突骨折的治疗情况并随访。髁状突骨折的各种治疗方法总体疗效令人满意，以微型钢板固定和颌间牵引固定更为理想，但各方法均有一定的后遗症。结论：髁状突骨折的治疗方法各有其优缺点和适应证；应在恢复功能和外形、减少后遗症的前提下根据病情选择最简单的方法。

Retrospective analysis of the treatment of condylar fracture

obiective:To analyse the clinical effectiveness of treatment of condylar fractures with various technics.Methods:195 cases with 243 condylar fractures were treated and followed up (1 year to 14 years) in the hospital from 1983 to 1996.Of 243 condylar fractures,50 were treated by maxillomandibular fixations,5 cranio mandibular fixations,3 open closed mouth trains,57 Kirschner pin fixations,49 microplate fixations,4 long screw fixations,36 wiring fixations and 39 condylar extractions.The methods were chosen according to the area and displaced degree and orientation of condylar fractures,complication and age and general condition of patients.Results:The effects were satisfactory in all the cases,but every method had its complications to different degrees,Conclusions:Every treatmen of condylar fractures has its own advantages and disadvantages.For rehabilitating the function and configuration,suitable and simple treatment should be chosen individually.
