| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超级粘结剂在改良式树脂粘结桥中的应用。方法：随机选取80例适合的病例进行改良式树脂粘结桥修复，并用超级粘结剂粘结，对其进行5年的随访。结果：80个修复体中5个脱落，2个继发龋，1个基牙变色。结论：改良式树脂粘结桥在严格选择适应证，精确制作的前题下是一种较好的修复方式，加以超级粘结剂的使用，大大提高了修复效果，可视其为一种永久性固定修复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the application of Super-Bond C＆B in resin-bonded fixed partial denture. Methods 80 cases with resin-bonded fixed partial denture were selected randomly and used of Super-Bond C＆B,which have been following-investigated more than 5 years. Results Among the 80 cases：resin-bonded fixed partial denture fall off accounted for 5, abutments suffer from secondary caries accounted for 2 and abutments color change accounted for 1. Conclusion Strict selection ,accurate casting technology and used of Super-Bond C＆B would make the bonding fixed bridge to be good permanent prosthesis restoration. |
