甘利欣并用蝮蛇抗栓酶治疗肾综合征出血热疗效观察

Therapeutic Effects of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Combining with Ahylysantinfarctase in Treatment of HFRS

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate combining with ahylysantinfarctase for treetment of renal hemorrhagic fever syndrome(HFRS).Method:Eighty patients with HFRS were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate(40ml/d) combining with ahylysantinfarctase (0.5u/d),and the effectiveness was compared with that of the control group with the same size.Results:Of the patients in the treatment group,92.5% wentover the hypotension stage,95% wentover the oliguria stage and 97.5% became diureses directly from fever stage;the percentages were significantly higher than that of the control group,i,e.,75%,58% and 40% with a P<005,<0.05 and <0.01,respectively.Conclusion: The results indicate that combination of diammonium glycyrrhizinate and ahylysantinfarctase for treatment of HFRS has a fast relief of fever,high rate of stagegoover,less events of complications and can improve renal microcirculation,and prevent development of DIC.
