| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年冠心病患者冠脉病变特点。方法选择127例经冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者,并根据年龄分为老年组和非老年组,比较两组冠状动脉病变部位、狭窄程度、侧支循环等情况。结果老年患者的左主干及多支血管病变多见而且侧支循环较丰富,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论老年冠心病患者的冠脉病变以左主干和多支血管病变多见,且侧支循环丰富。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the angiographic of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 127 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups according to the ages of patients:elderly group(n=70) and non-elderly group(n=57).Their coronary angiographic characteristics were compared.Results more left main and multi-vessels lesion and the collateral circulation were found in elderly patients than those in non-elderly group(P<0.01). Conclusion Elderly patients have more left main lesions and multi-vessels lesion,the collateral circulation is abundant. |
