The Plan and Implementation of Medical Insurance

With the establishment of medical insurance system for urban workers, a number of difficulties was exposed to hospital, which included mechanisms, facilities, management, economic and technology development, concept alteration, tripartite conflict between patient, doctor and health insurance and so on. By establishing effective plan and setting available goal, the insurance department of our hospital had finished the job and achieved remarkable results. They not only kept the risk of medical insurance descending at the lowest level, but also performed well in every evaluation of medical insurance, which indicated that we had achieved full win in both social and economic benefit.
