| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨加快骨折愈合的方法。方法：采用超声丙酸睾丸酮透入方法对促进骨折愈合进行观察。通过家兔进行动物实验，分期取标本进行病理切片观察。结果：证明该疗法有明显效果，并且应用于临床治疗各种类型新鲜骨折１９例，与对照组相比较，差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。结论：超声透入丙酸睾丸酮治疗骨折效果明显，比其他疗法疗效快，无毒副作用，无痛苦，操作简便。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the new method of promoting the fracture healing.Methods:Since 1990,the effects of testosterone propionate phonophoresis on fracture healing have been studied in rabbits and the biopsy at various stages was pathologically determined.Results:An obvious effect was obtained with this treatment.This method was applied on 19 cases of various types of recent fracture compared with the control group.The difference was significant (P<0.001).Conclusion:Compared with the other methods,testosterone propionate phonophoresis is more effective and convenient therapy without side effects and pains in treating fracture. |
