摘    要:
目的 通过观察泛腺腺样囊性癌(adenoid cystic carcinoma,ACC)中基膜样物质的形态学改变,了解该瘤的浸润和血行转移的机制。方法 对8例ACC的基膜样物质与2例腮腺腺泡及这的基膜进行光镜和电镜观察。结果 电镜观察基膜样物质在肿瘤闭索周围显示:多层、溶解或断裂现象。瘤细胞伸足样突起,且胞浆内含大量微泡,该处基膜消失,胶原原纤维溶解,肿瘤细胞围绕血管部位的血管基膜增厚,纤维组织增

Abstract:
Objective To study morphological variations of basment membrane component (BMC) for detemination of invasion and vascular metastasis in adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC). Methods The BMC of 8 cases in ACC and 2 cases of normal parotid gland were observed by LM and EM. Results The BMC surrounding tumor mass and strands showed multi layered or dissolution, pseudopodia were seen extended from tumor cells, and contained numerous microvesicles. If the tumor cell attached blood vessels, the collagenous fibril were dissoluted and BMC were lost. Conclusion The tumor cell may release some digestive enzymes which may be able to dissolve BMC and collagenous fibrils and invade into blood vessels and matastasis take place.
