65例小儿结核性脑膜炎临床死亡分析

目的分析小儿结核性脑膜炎主要死亡原因。方法回顾性统计65例小儿结核性脑膜炎死亡病例、分析病例特点及死亡原因。结果死于脑疝42例（64．6％），呼吸衰竭9例（13．85％），多器官功能衰竭（12．31％），感染性休克4例（6．15％），上消化道出血2例（3．08％）。结论早期诊断及早期规范治疗小儿结脑是提高小儿结脑治愈率、降低死亡率的关键，延误诊治、治疗不规范会造成极其严重后果，是小儿结脑病死率高的主要原因。

A 65-case report of young child death of tuberculous meningitis
