妊娠期糖尿病诊治与妊娠结局相关分析

目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病（gestational diabetes mellilus，GDM）的血糖控制状况与妊娠结局的关系。方法回顾性分析240例GDM患者的临床资料，按治疗方式分为单纯饮食控制组145例（Ⅰ组），饮食控制加胰岛素治疗组60例（Ⅱ组），无系统治疗组35例（Ⅲ组），比较三组的妊娠结局。结果Ⅲ组的孕产妇并发症，剖宫产率，均较Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组明显升高，妊娠结局Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组较好，Ⅲ组较差，而Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组间无明显差异。结论妊娠期糖筛查妊娠期糖尿病孕期若能积极控制血糖，适时终止妊娠，母婴愈后良好。

Clinical Analysis of Relationship Between Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Pregnancy Outcome

Objective To study the effect of serum glucose level in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus （GDM） on the pregnancy outcome. Methods Clinical data of 240 GDM patients Were retrospectively analyzed. All the cases were divided into three groups, 145 patients in group Ⅰ treated with dietary only, 60 patients in group Ⅱ treated with insulin therapy combined with dietary, and 35 patients in group m without any treatment, the pregnancy outcomes of the three groups were compared. Results Maternal complications and the rate of cesarean section in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ. The pregnancy outcomes of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ were both better than that of group Ⅲ, while there was no significant difference between group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ. Conclusions Screening for gestational diabetes mellitus during pregnancy can actively control blood sugar and timely terminate pregnancy, and hence the outcomes of mothers and infants are good.
