四川省基层医疗机构消毒卫生状况的调查及干预措施

目的了解四川省部分基层医疗机构消毒卫生现状,提出干预措施,提高基层医疗机构消毒卫生质量。方法采用现场调查和抽样检测方法,对实施干预措施前后作比较检查。结果基层医疗机构消毒器械非常缺乏,多数没有压力蒸汽灭菌设备,没有安装紫外线灯,消毒用品比较落后。实施干预措施后,消毒器械及设备的配备情况有明显改善。消毒剂配备率明显提高,中高效消毒剂从9.50%增加到21.08%。实施干预后,医疗机构物品表面消毒卫生合格率达到82.67%,医务人员手消毒合格率为88.29%;消毒合格率在干预后有了显著提高。一次性使用医疗用品使用率为75.75%,毁形率为24.75%,使用后基本不消毒。实施干预措施后,一次性医疗用品的使用率上升到96.00%,用后毁形执行率上升到88.00%,用后消毒的执行率达到45.50%。结论四川省基层医疗机构卫生消毒工作存在设备落后,消毒质量低下;实施干预后情况得到改善,消毒质量有所提高,但需要进一步加强管理。

SURVEY OF DISINFECTION AND SANITARY CONDITION OF BASIC MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS IN SICHUAN PROVINCE AND INTERVENING MEASURES

Objective To know the disinfection and sanitary conditions of some basic medical institutions in Sichuan Province and to propose the intervening measures in order to enhance the disinfection and sanitary quality of the basic medical institutions. Methods On - the - spot survey and sampling examination method were used to compare the conditions before and after implementing the intervening measures. Results The basic medical institutions lacked disinfection appliances, most of them did not have autoclave and did not install ultraviolet lamp, and the disinfection appliances were relatively backward. After implementing the intervening measures, the outfit of disinfection applicances and equipment was obviously improved, rate of equipping disinfectants was increased obviously, the high - level and intermediate - level disinfectants increased from 9.50% to 21.08% ; sanitary eligible rate of disinfection of surfaces of objects in medical institutions attained 82.67% ; eligibile rate of disinfection of hands of medical personnel was 88.29% ; eligible rate of disinfection after implementing the intervening measures increased obviously. Rate of use of disposable medical products was 75.75%, distorting rate was was 24.75%, and they were essentially not disinfected after use. After implementing intervening measures,the rate of use of disposable medical products was increased to 96.00%, distorting rate after use was increased to 88.00% and rate of disinfection after use was 45.5%. Conclusion The equipment was backward and disinfection quality was poor in sanitary disinfection work of basic medical institutions of Sichuan Province. The conditions were improved after implementing intervening measures with improvement of disinfection quality, but further strengthening of administration is needed.
