大鼠脑内微量元素含量年龄特征的研究

摘    要:
本文利用高频电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定了生后1~30日龄和成年SD大鼠全脑及大脑皮层、海马、小脑、间脑等部位锌、铁、铜、锰四种微量元素的含量。结果表明:(1)大鼠全脑四种微量元素的含量依次为锌、铁、铜、锰,其中锌和铁的含量呈明显的差异(P<0.01);(2)元素的含量随年龄的变化呈较明显的规律性;(3)不同脑区微量元素含量各不相同。生后1~5日龄海马和小脑内的含量最高,30日龄和成年,海马和皮层的微量元素含量较高。

Abstract:
The term"trace elements" refers to a collective group of chemical elements present at low concentrations in biological cells.Some of these elements perform essential functions and have been shown to be required for the development and maintance of the central nervous system (CNS). Through observation of distributional character of four kinds of trace elements, this paper reports the change characters of the trace elements during the postnatal developing and adult rat brain and their relationships with the functions of the brain.From the fresh brains, cerebral cortex, hippocampus, cerebellum and diencephalon of Sprague-Dawley rats, postnatal days 1,5,10,15, 20, 25, 30 and adult, were dried at 105℃for 4h and treated with mixsolution of HVO3 and HClO4. The element contents of zinc, iron, copper and manganese in the regions were determined with ICP-AES. The results indicated that : (1)The sequence of the contents in the whole brain from high to low was zinc,iron, copper and manganese, and the contents of zinc and iron were significantly higher than others; (2) Contents of the trace elements varied with time of postnatal days; (3) The contents differed in the part of the brain: at postnatal days 1~5, they were markedly higher in the hippocampus and cerebellum,whereas at 30 days old and adult, higher in the cortex and hippocampus.
