472例围产儿死亡分析

目的 分析围产儿死亡原因.方法 对472例围产儿死亡资料进行回顾性分析.结果 死胎中以脐带、畸形、胎盘因素为主;死产中以胎儿宫内窘迫、畸形,胎盘因素为主;围产新生儿死亡中以早产、畸形和窒息为主.结论 加强围产期保健,提高产前诊断质量,预防早产,防止并发症是降低围产儿死亡的重要措施.

ANALYSIS ON THE CAUSES OF 472 PERINATAL DEATHS

Objective To find out the causes of perinatal deaths.Methods The data of 472 cases perinatal deaths were retrospectively analyzed.Results The causes of dead fetus were mainly contributed to the abnormality of umbilical cord, placenta and deformity of fetus;the causes of dead birth were mainly contributed to the intrauterine asphyxia,placenta abnormality and deformity of fetus;perinatal infant deaths were mainly contributed to the premature labor,deformity and suffocations.Conclusion The perinatal care and the correct ante partum diagnosis should be emphasized in order to prevent premature labor.Effectively preventing the complication is the important measure for decreasing the perinatal deaths.
