| 摘 要： | 目的:考察注射用卡络磺钠与注射用头孢拉定在0.9%氯化钠注射液中配伍稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以HypersilODS-C18色谱柱,磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈(85∶15)为流动相,测定卡络磺钠与头孢拉定在0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后室温下8h内的含量变化,并观察和检测配伍液的外观及pH值变化。结果:配伍液的外观、pH值及卡络磺钠含量无明显变化,头孢拉定含量4h后下降至95.0%。结论:室温下,注射用卡络磺钠与头孢拉定在0.9%氯化钠注射液中可配伍使用,但应在4h内用完。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the stability and compatibility of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate for Injection with cefradine Injection in 0.9% sodium chloride injection.Methods At room temperature within 8 h,HPLC was used to determine the contents of the two components,in which the Hypersil ODS-C18 was used as the chromatographic column,phosphate buffer-acetonitrile(85∶15)as the mobile phase.The pH and appearance of mixture were also observed.Results There were no significant changes in appearance,pH value and content of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate,but the content of cefradine decreased to 95.0% after 4 hours.Conclusion The mixture of carbazochrome sodium sulfonate for Injection and cefradine Injection was stable in 0.9% sodium chloride injection at room temperature,but must be used within 4 h. |
