龙血竭、苦参、蜘蛛香的体外抑菌作用研究

目的：研究龙血竭、苦参、蜘蛛香的体外抑菌活性.方法：以金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽胞杆菌和白念珠菌为实验菌株,采用固体培养基连续稀释法观察龙血竭、苦参、蜘蛛香体外抑菌活性.结果：龙血竭和苦参对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽胞杆菌和白念珠菌均有不同程度的抑菌作用,对大肠埃希菌的抑菌作用较差;蜘蛛香对这3种细菌及白念珠菌均有较好的抑菌作用.结论：龙血竭、苦参和蜘蛛香对细菌和真菌在体外有一定的抑菌活性,有一定的开发前景.

Study on the External Bacteriostasis of Three Chinese Herbal Medicine

Objective： To investigate the external bacteriostasis of Dragon＇s blood, Radix sophorae flavescentis and Valeriana jatamansi jones. Methods： Agar serial dilution assay was applied to detect the antibacterial action of the three traditional Chinese medicines. The microorganisms used in this ex- periment were Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans. Re- sults： The Dragon＇s blood and Radix sophorae flavescentis had different levels of inhibition effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, and Candida albicans, but it showed weak inhibition effect on Escherichia coli ; the Valeriana jatamansi jones had good inhibition effect on all of the microorganisms. Conclusions： The three traditional Chinese medicines have external bacteriostasis effects on germ and fungus. They might have bright perspectives for infectious diseases.
