| 摘 要： | 探讨胃十二指肠疾病患者临床幽门螺杆菌感染率，对１７３１例胃十二指肠疾病患者进行胃镜活检ＨＰ检查。方法：采用尿素酶，氧化酶和涂片显微镜检测胃粘膜标本中的ＨＰ。结果；十二指肠溃疡ＨＰ检出率最高，胆汁反流性胃炎最代，胃癌检出率达４６％，差异显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to study the clinical incidence of helicobacter pylori(HP) infection in patients with gastric and duodenol diseases.We examined the HP in 1731 cases with gastric and duodenal diseases under going upper endoscopy.Methods:The gastric mucosal biopsies specimens of patients suffering from gastric and duodenal disorders were examined with urease test,oxidases test and microscopy.Results:The results showed that the prevalence of HP was the highest in duodenal ulcer(75.81%),the lowest in bile reflux gastritis(42.11%),46% in gastric carcinoma.The incidence of HP infection was higher in men than women.Conclusions:The incidence of gastritis,peptic ulcer and gastric carcinoma was correlated with HP infection. |
