摘    要:
本实验采用离体孵育黄体细胞方法,观察了cAMP,OT加cAMP对孕酮生成的影响。结果显示,三种不同浓度cAMP均致孕酮生成,且呈剂量反应关系。

Abstract:
In this experiment, the rabbit luteal cells were used with digested ofDNAase-collegnase and the effect of cAMP,oxytocin plus cAMP on progesterone production were observed.The results showed that three different concentration cAMP stimulated the production of progesterone in a dose-dependent manner. When OT 50U plus three different concentration cAMP wereadded into incubation media, the output of progesterone was increased effect in cooperation by rabbit luteal cells in vitro. But along with the concentration of cAMP progesterone production was decreased. The results suggested that the mechanism of oxytocin enhancement the production of progesterone could be exist other way.
