| 摘 要： | 目的 本研究通过对大学生的心理健康状况与自我和谐之间关系的研究 ,以期为大学生的心理健康教育与辅导提供新的思路。方法 以症状自评量表、自我和谐量表对随机抽取的大学生进行团体施测。结果 大学生的心理健康状况和自我与经验的不和谐有极其显著的负相关 ,与自我的灵活性有显著正相关 ,心理健康状况良好的学生的自我和谐程度与自我灵活性显著高于心理健康状况较差的学生。自我与经验的不和谐、自我的灵活性能在一定程度上预测心理症状的变异量。结论 自我和谐程度对心理健康有显著影响

| Abstract: | Objective We conduct a research on the relationship between mental health and self consistency and congruence of college students in order to provide new view for psychological guidance for college students. Methods To choose some college students randomly and measure them with SCL 90 and self consistency and congruence. Results There was significant correlations between college students' mental health and self consistency and congruence.Healthier students in mentality are more self consistent and congruent. Self inconsistent can predict mental symptoms' mutation in some degree. Conclusion Self consistency and congruence have a significant influence on mental health. |
