彩色血流多普勒诊断膀胱癌的研究

目的 探索以超声检测膀胱癌血流信号特征和诊断意义.方法 应用彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对38例经膀胱镜、手术、病理证实为原发性膀胱癌患者声像图进行分析.结果 38例中有32例患者的肿瘤内显示血流信号,阳性检测率为84.2%,肿瘤病灶内血流以红色为主,部分呈红蓝镶嵌,由膀胱向肿块内伸入,散在分布,与肿瘤内部血管数目排列有关.结论 正常人膀胱血管细,CDFI难以清晰显示.恶性肿瘤为适应快速生长需要,能促使肿瘤形成新生血管,血流增加,为检测和诊断膀胱癌提供依据.

Study on the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma with colour Doppler flow imaging

Objective To detect signals of blood flow of the bladder carcinoma with uhrasonography.Methods The echograms evaluated with colour Dopple flow imaging(CDFI)in 38 patients with essential bladder carcinoma diagnosed with cystoscopy, surgery and pathology.Results Of 38 patients,signals of blood flow within the tumors were displayed in 32 cases.The positive de- tected rate was 84.2%.The flow signals scattered sporadically in the lesion of tumor that stretched into the tumor from the blad- der,mainly in red signals,partly showing muticoloured signals,which related to the amount and arrangement of tumor vessels. Conclusion As the vessels of the bladder in normal subjects are thin,it is limited to display the flow signals clearly with CDFI. The need of fast development for malignant tumor results in the forming of neovasicular and increasing of blood flow so we can make full use of CDFI for detecting and diagnosing the bladder carcinoma.
