| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨中药制动方治疗慢性抽动的临床疗效。方法:60例慢性抽动患者随机分为中药组、西药组、中西药组3组,每组20例,中药组用制动方,西药组用氟哌啶醇,中西药组用制动方加氟哌啶醇,疗程均为6个月。治疗前后均进行症状评分以观察疗效。结果:中药组有效率50%,西药组有效率55%,中西药组有效率80%,3组治疗后比较前两组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05),与后者比较差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:中药制动方对慢性抽动确有疗效,而中西药结合则是治疗的较理想方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe therapeutic effect of Zhidong Fang on chronic Tourette's disease and to explore a more effective therapy.Methods:60 cases of chronic Tourette's disease were randomly divided into 3 groups,TCM group,western medicine(WM) group and TCM plus WM group,20 cases in each group.The TCM group were treated with Zhidong Fang,the WM group with holoperidol and the TCM plus WM group with Zhidong Fang plus heloperidol for 6 months.Scores of symptoms before and after treatment were assessed to observe their therapeutic effects.Results:The effective rate was 50% in the TCM group,55% in the WM group and 80% in the TCM plus WM group,with no significant difference between the TCM group and the WM group(P>0.05),and with significant differences as the TCM group and the WM group compared with TCM plus WM group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Zhidong Fang has definite therapeutic effect on chronic Tourette's disease and the integrated TCM and WM is an ideal therapy. |
