趋化因子受体 CXCR7在原发性肝细胞肝癌中的表达及意义

【目的】探讨趋化因子受体 CXCR7在原发性肝细胞肝癌（PHC）中的表达情况及其临床意义。【方法】应用组织芯片和免疫组化法检测35对肝癌、癌旁组织和6例正常肝组织中 CXCR7的表达，并分析其表达与肝癌临床病理特征及预后的相关性。【结果】CXCR7在 35例 PHC 患者组织中的阳性表达率为88．6％（31／35），显著高于配对癌旁肝组织37．14％（13／35）以及正常肝组织0（0／6）；CXCR7的高表达与 PHC 组织学分型、临床分期、淋巴结转移和血清 AFP 含量呈正相关（ P ＜0．05），与其他临床指标无相关性（ P ＞0．05）；CXCR7阳性表达患者的中位生存时间相对于阴性表达患者均较短，且差异具有统计学意义（ P ＝0．001）。【结论】CXCR7在 PHC 患者中的阳性表达情况与临床预后密切相关，并且可分别作为独立的预测 PHC 患者预后的指标。

Expression of Chemokine Receptor CXCR7 and its Role in Primary Hepatocellular Carcinoma

Objective] To investigate the expression of chemokine receptor CXCR7 and its clinical signifi‐cance in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC ) .[Methods] Tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry (IHC) were used to detect the expression of CXCR7 in 35 paired PHC ,the adjacent liver tissues and 6 cases of normal liver tissues ,and its expression related with clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis of hepa‐tocellular carcinoma were analyzed .[Results]The positive expression rate of CXCR7 in the tissues of 35 pa‐tients with PHC was 88 .6% (31/35) ,which was significantly higher than that in matched adjacent liver tis‐sues 37 .14% (13/35) and 0 (0/6) in the normal liver tissues ;The high expression of CXCR7 was positively correlated with the histological type ,clinical stage ,lymph node metastasis and serum AFP content of PHC ( P < 0 .05) ,and there was no correlation with other clinical parameters ( P > 0 .05) ;The median survival time of CXCR7 positive patients was shorter than that of the negative expression ,and the difference was sta‐tistically significant ( P = 0 .001) .[Conclusion] The positive expression of CXCR7 in PHC patients is closely related with clinical prognosis ,and can be used as independent predictors of prognosis of PHC patients .
