精神病医院与综合医院护士生命质量的比较

目的 探讨精神病医院护士的生命质量.方法 采用分层随机抽样法按职称构成比在大理州、市精神病医院抽取54例护士为研究对象(研究组),大理州2所综合医院抽取61例护士作为对照组.用世界卫生组织生命质量综合评定问卷WHO QOL-100对其生命质量进行评定.结果 WHO QOL-100的生理领域、心理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域和总的生命质量及健康状况与综合医院护士比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 精神病医院护士在生命质量方面较在综合医院护理人群中低,影响因素主要是社会对精神病医院态度和社会支持系统;精神病医院护士较综合医院面临更大压力,对此应加以关注.

Comparison on quality of life of nurses in psychiatric hospital and general hospital

Objective To explore quality of life of nurses in psychiatric hospital. Methods We selected 54 nurses in psychiatric hospital ( the research group) and 61 nurses in general hospital of Dali ( the control group) through stratified random sampling according to the proportion of title. Quality of life was accessed by filling out the questionnaires on WHO quality of life with 100 questions (WHO QOL-100 ).Results Compared to those nurses from general hospital, there were significant differences in physical domain,psychological domain, social relations domain, environment domain, the sum-quality of life of the nurses and health status of WHOQOL-100 ( P < 0. 05). Conclusions Nurses of psychiatric hospital are lower in quality of life than nurses of general hospital. Society' s opinions to psychiatric hospital and the support system are the important affecting factors. Nurses of psychiatric hospital face more pressures, so we should pay close attention to it.
