蒽酮硫酸法测定牛蒡利咽粥中多糖含量

摘    要:
目的:测定牛蒡利咽粥中多糖含量。方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,于625nm波长处测其吸光度,测定总多糖的含量。结果:葡萄糖质量浓度在0.02~0.14mg·mL-1范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为99.90%,RSD=0.20%;测得的总多糖平均含量为21.69mg·g-1。结论:采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定牛蒡利咽粥中总多糖含量,快速准确,稳定性好,可作为该制剂总多糖含量测定方法。

Abstract:
Objective:To determine the assay of polysaccharide in Burdock Liyan porridge.Methods:The assay of polysaccharides was measured with UV-Vis method by the anthrone-sulfuric acid using glucose as the standard in the 625nm wavelength.Results:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.02~0.14mg·ml-1 for glucose.The average recovery was 99.90% with RSD 0.20%.The average assay of polysaccharide is 21.69mg·g-1.Conclusion:The method was accurate,stable and suitable for the quality control of Burdock Liyan porridge.
