| 摘 要： | 目的:通过检测原发性肝癌组织中FHIT蛋白的表达及观察细胞凋亡、增殖状况,探讨原发性肝癌中FHIT蛋白的表达及其与细胞凋亡和增殖的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法和图像分析技术检测50例肝癌及相应的癌旁组织和30例正常肝组织中的FHIT蛋白和Ki-67抗原,采用TUNEL法和图像分析技术检测上述组织中的细胞凋亡状况.... |
