普外科临床中急性阑尾炎临床护理分析

目的：探讨普外科临床中急性阑尾炎手术护理措施及临床效果。方法选取96例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象，随机均分为实验组和对照组，对照组予以常规护理，实验组予以围手术期全面护理，比较两组护理质量、住院时间、治愈率及满意度。结果实验组护理质量评分为（98.41.5）分，明显高于对照组的（91.82.3）分，比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；实验组住院时间为（13.61.2）d,短于对照组的（18.92.3）d，差异比较显著（P＜0.05）；实验组治愈率为93.8%，对照组为77.1%,实验组治愈率高于对照组，（P＜0.05）；实验组患者满意度为95.8%，对照组为75.0%，两组满意度比较有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论全面、科学护理普外科急性阑尾炎患者可显著提升护理质量，缩短住院时间，提高患者治愈率及满意度，值得在临床上进一步推广。

Analyze on Clinical Care of Acute Appendicitis in General Surgery Depart-ment

Objective To discuss the nursing managements and clinical effects of acute appendicitis operation in general surgery department. Methods Selected 96 acute appendicitis patients as the objects of study, and grouped them into test group and control group randomly. Gave usual care for control group while gave comprehensive care during perioperative period for test group. Com-pare the care quality, length of stay, recovery rate and satisfaction degree of these two groups. Results The nursing quality score of test group is evidently higher than that of control group, and the comparison has significant difference （ P〈0.05）;the length of stay of test group is shorter than that of control group, and the difference is relatively significant （P〈0.05）; the recovery rate of test group is 93.8% while that of control group is 77.1%, and the recovery rate of test group is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05）;the satisfaction degree of test group is 95.8%while that of control group is 75.0%, and the comparison has significant differ-ence （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nurse the acute appendicitis patients in general surgery department comprehensively and scientifically can evidently improve nursing quality, shorten length of stage and improve the recovery rate and satisfaction degree of patients. So, it is worth promoting on clinical.
