摘    要:
血管性非痴呆认知功能损害(V—CIND)指由脑血管性病变所致的早期或轻度认知功能损害,且认知障碍程度尚未达到痴呆标准的一类综合征,是近年来才提出的新的疾病概念。V—CIND多发于中老年,男性略多于女性,临床表现差异性大,主要有轻度智力下降、执行功能损害,始动性差及动作迟钝,也可有抑郁、焦虑的症状。该病的确立对于血管性认知功能损害(VCI)和血管性痴呆(VaD)的预防和干预具有重要意义。本文从中西医认识概况、病因病机、诊断要点、辨证分型和临床治疗等方面对近年来V—CIND的相关研究文献进行综述,以期找到问题和不足,提出亟待重视的研究目标和方向,为该领域研究提供可借鉴的思路与方法。

Progress in Integrative Medical Study on Vascular Cognitive Impairment with No Dementia

Abstract:
Vascular cognitive impairment with no dementia (V -CIND) is a class of syndrome refers to early or mild cognitive impairment caused by cerebral vascular lesions, and the degree of cognitive impairment has not yet reached the standard of dementia. It is a new disease concept proposed in recent years. V- CIND more often in middleaged and elderly people,and men slightly more than women. It is found that large differences in clinical manifestations, mainly with mild mental decline, executive dysfunction, poor initiating and action slow, may also have depression and anxiety symptoms. Establishment of the disease is important for prevention and in- tervention vascular cognitive impairment (VCI) and vascular dementia (VaD). Consequently,this article reviews the recent V- CIND related literatures to reflect the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine, pathogenesis, diagnostic criteria,Syndrome Differentiation Typing and clinical treatment and other aspects, in order to find problems and shortcomings, propose urgent attentions of the research objective and direction in this field. It also can provide ideas and methods for reference.
