船用医疗模块系统装备

本研究目的在于探索一条民船动员改装为卫生船舶的新途径，以适应现代高技术条件下海上局部战争卫勤保障的需要。该系统装备作为船用大型机动卫生装备具有机动性好、应急能力强。环境条件优、建造周期短、效费比高等优点，适于安装在海军世昌号训练舰（82舰）或民用集装箱运输船上，用于海上医疗队医疗训练或医学院校学员海上实习，也可执行突发事件医疗保障任务，战时经扩充组成模块化医院船。

Development of a shipboard modular medical system

This paper intreduces a new unit to explore a new way to convert comercial ships into mil itary medical ships and to meet medical support demands in local war at sea under high - tech condi tions. As a big mobile medical facility, this modular system is characterized by gdri mobility,quick re action to emergency situations, favorable micro - environrnent, short construction time, high cost - ef fectiveness and etc. It can easily be assembled to fit the Shi Chang Naval Training Ship(Ship NO. 82) or civil cornmercial container ships. It can also be used as a platform to train sea - borne mobile medical units or medical students fm medical universities and colleges, and carry out medical support missions under emergency situations. It can be readily developed into containerized hospital ships by adding more medical modules to the present modular system if required.
