菖葛益智胶囊治疗轻度血管性认知障碍的临床研究

摘    要:[目的]观察菖葛益智胶囊治疗轻度血管性认知障碍患者的临床疗效。[方法]100例血管性认知障碍患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例。治疗组口服菖葛益智胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次。对照组口服银杏叶片,每次2片,每日3次。两组均治疗8周。分别于治疗前后对中医证候、行为能力和认知能力进行评价,并对安全性指标和不良反应进行监测。[结果]与对照组比较,治疗组中医证候疗效与积分明显改善、行为能力量表(Blessed)积分显著降低,简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)积分明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后比较,治疗组中医证候明显改善、Blessed积分明显降低,MMSE积分显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后实验室指标未见明显异常,治疗期间未见患者出现不良反应。[结论]菖葛益智胶囊能明显改善轻度血管性认知障碍患者的中医证候、行为能力及认知能力,临床疗效显著。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Changge Yizhi capsule in the treatment of mild vascular cognitive impairment in patients. [Methods] The 100 cases of patients with VCI were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group took the Changge Yizhi capsule, 4 particles once, 3 times a day and the control group was treated with Ginkgo biloba, 2 tablets once, 3 times a day. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks. TCM Syndrome and integration, Blessed scores and MMSE scores were observed before and after the treatment. At the same time,monitored the safety indicators and adverse reactions. [Results] Compared with the control group, TCM Syndrome of treatment group improved, Blessed scores reduced and MMSE scores increased significantly, the differences between them were statistically significant (P<0.05). Comparison before and after treatment, the treatment group of TCM Syndrome improved, Blessed scores reduced obviously and the MMSE scores increased significantly, the differences between them were statistically significant (P<0.05). During the treatment, all the cases showed no abnormal laboratory parameters, or adverse reactions. [Conclusion] Changge Yizhi capsule shows good clinical efficacy in improving the TCM syndrome, behavior and cognitive skills in mild vascular cognitive impairment patients.
