摘    要:
目的:用组织多普勒技术测定二尖瓣环舒张期运动速度评价左室舒张功能,方法;对80全空和进行门控血池造影后3小时的30例心肌梗患者的舒张期二法瓣环运动速度进行测量,分别在心尖四腔切面和二腔切面上测量二法瓣环间隔处,侧壁处、前壁处及后壁处的各位点舒张早期运动速度峰值Em、舒张晚期运动速度峰值Am及二者的比值Em/Am,并计算各点处的平均值。结果:1.心梗患者各位点的Em测值及Em/Am比值较正常对照组明

Abstract:
Objective:To evaluate left ventricular diastolic function using diastolic mitral annular velocity by Doppler tissue echocardiography.Methods:Thirty patients with myocardial infarction(MI)and 60 matched healthy subjects were studied by Doppler tissue Mmode4 mitral annular sites:septal and lateral from apical 4chamber views,anterior and posterior from 2chamber views were adopted. The earlydiastolic and latediastolic peak velocity of the mitral Annulus (Em,Am respectively)and the Em/Am ratio were measured,the mean value of the Em,Am and the Em/Am ratio from the above mentioned four sites were calculatedResults:1All the MI patients had a decreased Em and Em/Am ratio at all sites, but the Am was not significantly different with the healthy subjects;2There was a difference in the Em,Am,and Em/Am ratio of the different sites for the different myocardial infarction site in MI patients;3In 30 MI cases, the correlation between the mean value of the Em and Em/Am ratio from the four sites and left ventricular PFR obstained by radionuclide ventriculography was good.Conclusion:The diastolic mitral annular velocity can be used as a method to evaluate the LV diastolic function in MI.
