壮医药线点灸对脾虚患者唾液负荷分泌的影响

检测了 2 0例脾虚证患者壮医药线点灸治疗前后唾液流量、唾液淀粉酶活性、淀粉酶分泌率的变化 ,并设 2 0例空线对照组、2 0例四君子汤对照组及 2 0名健康人正常对照。结果表明 :壮医药线点灸有改善脾虚患者唾液负荷分泌作用 ,表现为提高患者对外源刺激 (酸刺激 )的反应性。其效果与中药四君子汤一致 ,空线对照效果不及壮医药线点灸。

Effect of Medicated Thread Moxibustion of Zhuang Traditional Medicine on Salivary L oad Secretion in the Patient of Spleen Deficiency

Changes of salivary volume and activity and secretory rate of salivary amylase before and after treatment were determined in 2 0 patients of spleen deficiency who were treated with midicated thread moxibustion,2 0 patients who were treated with false threadmoxibustion,2 0 cases who were treated with Si Jun Zi Decoction,and 2 0 healthy subjects.Resultsshow thatthe medicated thread moxibustion can improve effectively salivary load secre- tion,manifesting increases of reactivity of the patient to exogenous stimulation( acid stimulation) and the effectof the moxibustion is identical with thatof Si Jun Zi Decoc- tion,but in the controlgroup itispoorer than thatin the treatment group.
