摘    要:肠道微生物在脑-肠轴调节中发挥关键作用,会对宿主的应激反应、焦虑、抑郁和认知功能产生重要影响。肠道菌群失调则可能引发包括多发性硬化症、帕金森病和自闭症等多种中枢神经系统疾病。本文对近十年间肠道微生物参与中枢神经系统疾病相关研究的文献进行汇总,深入剖析微生物-胃肠-脑轴双向调节机制,概括影响微生态稳定的制约因素与调控策略,为微生态疗法在神经系统疾病临床诊疗中的应用提供新思路。

Abstract:Intestinal microbes play a key role in the regulation of brain gut axis, and have an important influence on the stress response, anxiety, depression and cognitive function of the host. Intestinal flora imbalance may lead to multiple central nervous system diseases, including multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, autism, etc. In this review, the anthors collect past ten-year researches of intestinal microbial involved in central nervous system diseases, make an in-depth analysis of the two-way regulation mechanism of microbiome-gut-brain axis, summarize restricting factors and regulation strategies of micro ecological stability, and provide a new idea for the application of micro ecological therapy in clinical diagnosis and treatment of nervous system diseases.
