肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在食管鳞癌中的临床病理特征分析

摘    要:目的:通过检测肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAM)在食管鳞癌组织中的表达,研究TAM浸润在食管鳞癌中的临床病理特征。方法以郑州大学附属肿瘤医院胸外科接受手术治疗的食管癌患者为研究对象,分别收集每位患者手术切除的食管组织标本,其中包括90份鳞癌组织标本,20份癌旁组织标本,20份正常食管组织标本。以免疫组化法分别检测CD206及单核细胞趋化蛋白‐1(MCP‐1)在各组织标本中的表达,对比分析检测结果。结果CD206在食管鳞癌组织中的表达显著升高(P<0.01),CD206的阳性表达与食管鳞癌组织的临床分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。MCP‐1在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达显著升高(P<0.05),与食管鳞癌组织的润深度和淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。TAM浸润数量与MCP‐1的表达呈正相关(r=0.617,P<0.05)。结论通过免疫组化检测TAM在食管鳞癌组织中的表达,揭示了TAM在食管鳞癌中的临床病理特征,对准确评估食管鳞癌患者的临床预后及指导临床治疗具有重要的理论和实践价值。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expression of tumor‐associated macrophages(TAM) in esophageal squamous cell carci‐noma ,and to study the clinical pathological characteristics of T AM in the esophageal squamous cell carcinoma .Methods Patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who accepted operation were chosen as study subjects ,and tissue samples of esophagus were collected ,including 90 squamous cell carcinoma tissues ,20 paracancerous atypical hyperplasia and 20 normal mucosa tissues , and the expression of CD206 ,MCP‐1 were detected by immunohistochemisty .Results The positive expression of CD206 was sig‐nificantly increased in tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P<0 .01) ,and it was positively correlated with clinical stage , invasion depth and lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P<0 .05) .The expression of MCP‐1 was signifi‐cantly increased in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues (P<0 .05) ,and its positive expression was closely correlated with depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (P< 0 .05) .There was a positive relation between ATM infiltration quantity and the expression of MCP‐1(r=0 .617 ,P<0 .05) .Conclusion The positive expression of TAM was up‐regulated in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma tissues ,and its number was positively correlated with clinical stage ,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis .
