摘    要:目的 填补Duffy血型基因型分布在国内的空白。方法 采用分子生物学技术(PCR-SSP)进行DNA水平的检测。结果 华南地区汉族人群Duffy基因型的基因频率分别为Fy^a=0.95.Fy^b=0.05;检出2例Fy(a-b-)个体。结论 PCR-SSP法检测Duffy基因型准确且成本降低;进一步的凋查对Fy基因可望有新的认识。

Abstract:Objective To supply the blank on the distribution of Duffy blood group genotype in China. Melhed PCR-SSP was used to detect the DNA on molecular level. Results The genotype frequency of Fy and Fy was 0. 95 and 0. 05 respectively in random samples ,and 2 cases of Fy (a- b- ) were found. Conclusion It is accurate and economical to use PCR-SSP on detecting Duffy genotype,and new cognition may be possessed of Fy genotype on further investigation.
