| 摘 要： | [背景 ]观察皿治林治疗皮炎湿疹类疾病的疗效和安全性 .[病例报告 ]共观察 5 0例 ,疗程为 4周 ,以 4级评分法评价疗效 ,并记录不良反应 .结果示总显效率为 98% ,3例出现不良反应 ,如嗜睡、口干、乏力及头痛等 .[讨论 ]皿治林是一种有效、安全的治疗皮炎湿疹类疾病的新型抗组胺药物 . |

| Abstract: | BACKGROUNDTo observe the result and the safety of mizolastine for the sort of dermatitis eczema.CASE REPORT50 cases were observed, and the period of the treatment was 4 weeks. The results were graded into four degrees, and the side effects were recorded.The final ratio of effective treatment was 98%, and the side effects were seened in 3 case, included sleepiness, weakness and headache so on. DISCUSSIONMizolastine is a new, effective and safety type of antihistaminics on treating the sort of dermatitis eczema. |
