阴腹联合超声对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值

目的:探讨阴腹联合超声对子宫腺肌病的诊断价值,提高超声诊断符合率。方法:对经手术和病理证实为子宫腺肌病的145例患者进行回顾性图像分析。结果:145例子宫腺肌病患者子宫均有不同程度增大,多无形态改变。35例子宫弥漫性均匀性增大,47例肌层增厚以后壁型较多见,其次为前壁型,侧壁型较少见22例合并子宫肌瘤,27例合并子宫腺肌瘤,14例合并卵巢巧克力囊肿。超声诊断子宫腺肌病132例,诊断符合率为91%。结论:经腹与经阴道超声检查的联合应用在诊断子宫腺肌病上具有重要价值,并为临床选择治疗方案有直接指导作用。
