经直肠超声联合高频超声诊断肛周脓肿、肛瘘的应用价值

目的：探讨经直肠超声联合高频超声诊断肛周脓肿、肛瘘的声像图表现及其临床应用价值。方法：回顾性分析2007年6月-2008年6月77例住院病人，男66例，女11例，平均年龄38．6岁，其中肛周脓肿16例，肛瘘61例。使用经直肠超声联合高频超声检查，所得结果与手术结果对照。结果：肛周脓肿、肛瘘的声像图与周围正常组织存在明显差异；肛周脓肿单发13例，多发3例，诊断符合率：100％；单纯性肛瘘37例，3例内口未明确显示，诊断符合率：92％：复杂性肛瘘24例，7例内口或支瘘管漏诊，诊断符合率：71％。结论：经直肠超声联合高频超声检查对明确肛周脓肿的位置、数目、大小范围，肛瘘瘘管的走行、数目及内口的位置具有很高的诊断价值。

Application Value of Transrectal Ultrasound and High-Frequency Ultrasonic in Diagnosing in Perirectal Abscess and Anal Fistula
