无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭疗效探究

目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的疗效.方法:将收治的90例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭病人随机分45例为接受常规疗法的对照组和45例为在接受常规疗法后进行无创呼吸机疗法的观察组,对两组心率变化、呼吸频率、血气分析情况各方面的治疗效果进行对比.结果:和对照组相比观察组在心率变化、呼吸频率、血气分析情况各方面的治疗效果都比较好,而且住院时间短,住院费用低,数据差异具有统计学价值(P<0.05).结论:在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭时,辅助以无创呼吸机方法可以显著提高治疗效果,而且治疗时间变短,应用简便,有临床推广意义.

Effect of noninvasive ventilator on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure.Methods: 90 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into 45 cases of control group received conventional therapy and 45 cases in the observation group received conventional therapy after non invasive ventilator therapy, the various aspects of the treatment effect of two groups of heart rate changes, respiratory rate and blood gas analysis.Results: compared with the control group in the observation group, heart rate, respiratory rate, blood gas analysis of all aspects of the treatment effect is good, and shorter hospitalization time, hospitalization costs low, the difference has statistical data value (P<0.05).Conclusion: in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure, assisted non-invasive ventilator method can significantly improve the treatment effect, and the treatment time becomes shorter, the application is simple and has clinical significance.
