摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱-示差折光检测法测定复方痱子粉中樟脑、麝香草酚、薄荷脑和克霉唑4种成分的含量。方法采用示差折光检测器,C18色谱柱(150×4.6mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(78:22)为流动相,柱温30℃,流速为0.8mL/min,进样量为20μL。结果线性范围分别为樟脑0.210~0.631mg/mL,r=0.999 9;麝香草酚0.312~0.935mg/mL,r=0.999 8;薄荷脑0.207~0.621mg/mL,r=0.999 9;克霉唑1.389~4.166mg/mL,r=0.999 9。平均回收率为樟脑100.4%(RSD=0.5%),麝香草酚99.5%(RSD=0.7%),薄荷脑100.4%(RSD=0.6%),克霉唑100.3%(RSD=0.5%)。结论本法简便,快速,准确,可作为本品质量评价和生产工艺监控的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC-R1D method to deternline four components in compound miliariapowder. Methods A C18 column (150×4.6mm, 5μm) was used, the column temperature was set at 30℃, the mobilephase was consisted by methanolwater(78:22), and flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, the detection was conductedby RID. Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.210-0.631mg/mL(r=0.999 9)lor camphor, 0.312-0.935mg/mL(r=0.999 8) for thymol, 0.207-0.621mg/mL(r=0.999 9) for menthol and1.389-4.166mg/mL(r=0.999 9) for clotrimazole. The average recoveries for the assay were 100.4% (RSD=0.5%),99.5% (RSD=0.7%), 100.4% (RSD=0.6%) and 100.3% (RSD=0.5%), respectively. Conclusion This proposedmethod appeared to be simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used to control the product quality and preparationprocess.
