| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定痛风巴布剂中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液[0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液和0.05 mol/L十二烷基磺酸钠溶液(1:1)]-甲醇(65:35),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为340 nm,柱温为室温。结果盐酸小檗碱含量在0.05~0.50 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.33%,RSD为1.68%。结论该方法可靠,简单可行,可作为痛风巴布剂的质量控制方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for content determination of berberine hydrochloride in Tongfeng Poultice.Methods Using HPLC method with Phenomenex C18 column（250mm×4.6 mm,4μm）.The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol/L potassium drhydrogen phosphat and 0.05 mol/L sodium dodecylsulfate（1：1）- methanol（65：35）.The detection wavelength was set at 340nm,fl ow rate being 1.0 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was room temperature.Results The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 0.05~0.50 mg/mL.The average recovery was 99.33% and RSD 1.68%.Conclusion This method is accurate,reliable,and can provide a scientic index for controlling the quality of Tongfeng Poultice. |
