| 摘 要： | 目的设计出荔枝核总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法通过正交实验,以芦丁为对照品,以荔枝核总黄酮的含量为考察指标,采用紫外—可见分光光度法,优化提取工艺各参数。结果最佳提取工艺即用8倍量60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1h。结论本提取方法操作简单,稳定可行。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize conditions for extracting total flavonoids from Semen Litchi. MethodsWith rutin as a standard and total content of litchi flavonoids as the indexes, the extraction technology parameterswere optimized through orthogonal experiment by ultraviolet - visible spectrophotometry. Results The optimumconditions for the extraction were 8 times amount of 60% ethanol reflux extracted 3 times, each time lh.Conclusion The extraction method was simple, stable and feasible. |
