| 摘 要： | 目的研究黄山贡菊水提液的抗氧化活性及其与黄酮含量的关系。方法以DPPH自由基、超氧阴离子自由基、ABTS自由基的清除能力、还原力、金属螯合能力为指标,Vc溶液为阳性对照,考察黄山贡菊水提液的抗氧化能力。结果黄山贡菊水提液具有一定的还原力、金属螯合力、自由基清除力,且各种能力都随黄酮浓度的升高而升高。与Vc比较,黄山贡菊水提液金属螯合能力、清除ABTS自由基、超氧阴离子自由基的能力较大。结论黄山贡菊水提液具有一定的抗氧化能力,且抗氧化性与黄酮的含量成量效关系。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Antioxidant activity of Florists Chrysanthemum water extract and its relationship with fl avonoid content were studied.Methods With Vc solution as the positive control,Antioxidant of Florists Chrysanthemum water extract was evaluated by reducing power,metal chelating ability and scavenging activity of DPPH·,O2-·,and ABTS·.Results Florists Chrysanthemum water extract has reducing power,metal chelating ability and radical scavenging activity.ABTS· scavenging activity,O2-·scavenging activity and metal chelating ability of Florists Chrysanthemum water extract were higher than Vc solution in a certain concentration range.Conclusion Florists Chrysanthemum water extract has certain antioxidant capacity and has concentrationresponse relationship with the content of fl avonoids. |
