中西医结合治疗耳部带状疱疹35例疗效观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗耳部带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法70例病例随机分为两组,每组35例。对照组单纯应用阿昔洛韦片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用中药治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效及其皮疹消退时间。结果对照组总有效率为85.7%,皮疹消退时间为（7.7±1.36）d;治疗组总有效率为97.1%,皮疹消退时间为（3.54±1.24）d。两组病例总有效率和皮疹消退时间比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗耳部带状疱疹具有局部见效快、治愈时间短等特点,且简便、价廉,易于临床推广。

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Herpes Zoster in Ear with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Chinese and western medicine on herpes zoster in ear. Methoils 70 cases of herpes zoster in ear were randomly divided into two groups,35 eases in each one. In control group,acyclovir tablet was administered simply, and in treatment group, Chinese herbal formula was supplemented on the basis of western medication as control group. The clinical efficacy and the time of skin rash removal were observed in two groups. Results After treatment,in treatment group,the total effective rate was 97.1% and the time of rash removal was （3.54±1.24）days;in control group, the total effective rate was 85.7% and the time of rash removal was（7.7±l.36）days. The significant differences presented in total effective rate and the time of rash removal in comparison of two groups（P〈0.05）. The therapeutic effect was more significant and the removal of rashes was quicker in treatment,compared with those in control group. Conclusion The integrated Chinese and western medicine presents quick local efficacy and short curative time for herpes zoster in ear. It is simple in operation,low expenses and worth to be promoted in clinic.
