| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）患者高敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）的表达。方法分别测定60例ACS患者入院时hs-CRP水平,并测定30例稳定型心绞痛及30例健康成人hs-CRP作对照。血浆hs-CRP的测定采用微粒增强免疫透射比浊法。结果ACS组的hs-CRP水平为（8.05±2.48）mg/L,较正常对照组的（2.17±0.91）mg/L高（P〈0.05）;较稳定型心绞痛组（2.27±0.84）mg/L高（P〈0.05）,稳定型心绞痛组（2.27±0.84）mg/L较正常对照组（2.17±0.91）mg/L差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论hs-CRP与ACS发生有关,可作为危险分层的指标之一。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in patients with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. Methods 60 patients with ACS, 30 patients with stable angina peetoris （SAP） and 30 healthy adults were enrolled in the study. The level of hs-CRP was assayed by particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay（PETIA） and compared. Results Serum level of hs-CRP was higher in the ACS group （ 8.05± 2.48 ） mg/L than that in the SAP group （ 2.27 ± 0.84） mg/L（ P 〈 0.05 ） and the control group（ 2.17 ± 0.91 ） mg/L（ P 〈 0.05 ） significantly. The difference between SAP group and health control had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The level of hs-CRP may play an important role in ACS , and can be used as one index of risk stratification of ACS in clinical work |
