PRL-3在癌症淋巴结转移中的表达及临床意义

目的观察乳腺癌、胃癌和结直肠癌转移中患者的PRL-3的表达及临床意义。方法检测55例乳腺癌患者（25例无转移灶，30例有淋巴结转移）、60例胃癌患者（35例无转移灶，25例有淋巴结转移）以及60例结直肠癌患者（28例无转移灶，32例有淋巴结转移）外科手术切除标本中PRL-3的表达。结果①乳腺癌淋巴结转移组PRL-3阳性率（86．67％）明显高于无转移灶组（48．00％），P〈0．01。②胃癌淋巴结转移组PRL-3阳性率（80．00％）明显高于无转移灶组（48．57％），P〈0．05。③结直肠癌淋巴结转移组PRL-3阳性率（56．25％）明显高于无转移灶组（28．57％），P〈0．05。结论PRL-3在肿瘤转移中的高表达表明其与肿瘤转移密切相关，但具体机制尚不十分清楚，仍有一些问题急需解决，而这些问题的解决将有利于揭示PRL-3的功能特性和它促进肿瘤转移的具体机制，从而使PRL-3有可能成为肿瘤治疗及判断肿瘤预后的重要指标及潜在的重要靶点。

Clinical Significance of PRL-3 Expression in Tumor Metastasis

Objective To observe PRL-3 expression in patients with breast cancer, stomach cancer and colorectal cancer. Methods PRL-3 were detected in surgical resection specimens in 55 cases of breast cancer（25 cases without metastasis,30 patients had lymph node metastasis） ,60 patients with gastric cancer（35 cases without metastasis,25 patients with lymph node metastasis） and 60 cases of colorectal cancer（ 28 cases without metastasis,32 patients with lymph node metastasis）. Results （2）PRL-3-positive rate in lymph node metastasis group （ 86.67% ） was significantly higher in non-metastasis group （48.00%） , P 〈 0.01. （2） Lymph node metastasis PRL-3 positive rate（ 80.00% ） was significantly higher in metastasis group（48.57% ） , P 〈 0.05. （3）Colorectal cancer with lymph node metastasis PRL-3-positive rate （56.25 % ） was significantly higher in metastasis group （28.57 % ） , P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion PRL-3 in tumor metastasis showed high expression with tumor metastasis, PRL-3 may become important index of cancer treatment and prognosis and potentially important targets.
