| 摘 要： | 目的探讨国产与进口高频手术电刀在宫颈锥切术方面的临床治疗效果。方法选择门诊宫颈疾病患者30例,将每一宫颈疾病患者的宫颈上唇和下唇分别接受国产和进口两种不同手术电刀治疗,并分为实验组和对照组,从术中情况、术后创面愈合及对病理检查的影响进行比较。结果接受国产高频手术电刀治疗的患者在组织电热损伤厚度、对病理检查的影响、术后愈合方面与进口同类产品比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论国产高频手术电刀进行宫颈疾病治疗的临床效果与进口同类产品比较,无明显差别,效果相当。 |
